Role of Parents
1. Parents are expected to play their role by attending a Parent-Teacher meeting regularly and signing the notes and daily home work in the school diary.
2. Changes in Address and Telephone Number should be intimated to the school office as early as possible.
3. The School solicits the co-operation of parents in maintaining punctuality and discipline, So that the noble aims and objectives of the school can be achieved.
4. Their wards do not carry expensive cash, mobiles or wear expensive rings/chains to school.
5. Their ward do not colour their hair, apply mehndi or wear broad shaped shoes. Girls with long hair must used only bands to their hair.
6. Their wards comes to school in complete school uniform using the right colour and design.
7. No request for short leave is made during school hours.
8. If a child is sick, then he/she should be kept at home Sending him/her to school and then asking for leave after a couple of periods is not allowed.
9. Long leave will be granted only on medical grounds and on the merits of written requests that are submitted well in time, In case a student absents himself/herself from school for a period of more than 15 days without prior permission then his/her name will be struck off the rolls.
10. Their wards do not use mobile /bully/fight/use abusive language /bunk classes/misbehave with teachers as they are serious acts of indiscipline and they are likely to incur suspension / withdrawal form school.
12. Their wards have all the required things when they leave for the school. No request for handing over of tiffin/books etc. will be entertained at the gate.
13. They can meet the principal only between the hours mentioned on all working days. They can meet the teachers during the Parents Teacher Meeting
14. They attend all P.T.Ms and personally look into the academic development of their wards.
15. They are aware that the school is not responsible for events that take place beyond the school premises before/after the academic hours.
16. They notify in advance ( in writing) to the school authorities if their child suffers from any illness / allergy. They should also specify being prescribed and if they feel should deposit those medicines in the school dispensary.
17. Students are motivated to cycle down to school wherever possible
